OK, here is the deal. I've already removed most of the parts off the car, except supsension, clutch, tranny, brakes, rims/tires. I don't care if I get to keep the car at this point, as long as the total settlement amount is right up my alley. I was expecting them to lowball me, and will have my attorney give them a call to go over details. I guess the next step is for him to call them and give them my conditions. They are clearly at fault, and I will take them to court if I have to. I am currently using a loaner Sentra, don't laugh. POS, doesn't even have intermittent wipers.... I will ask for 100% of the documented mods, $16,000 for the car, plus tax, tag, registration and processing fees. That should get me up in the $24,000 range. I am gonna try and call some delaers in the area who sell Zs, and see if they can give me what similar to my car would go for. Thanks for your help guys.
